Awaken your Spirit
You are more than just your body. You are more than just a brain. Oftentimes, we get so stuck in our mundane, secular routine that we forget about nurturing our spiritual side.
Where does deep joy come from? It comes from your spirit. If you are not actively carving out time to nourish your spiritual side, it is much harder to feel deep, genuine awe, gratitude, joy, and a little "magic."
Thus far we have focused on bringing in more gratitude, mindfulness, easefulness, and playfulness into our lives. Most likely, as you have been focusing on these habits, you may have already begun to feel your spirit come alive a bit. You may have felt yourself naturally tapping into or connecting with a deeper power or a higher purpose.
This week we work on very intentionally inviting more spiritual practice into your life in ways that feel comfortable and authentic to you.
This is where the deeper meaning and awakening to your life really ignites.
